During this 4 week Mindfulness course we will cover:
– Recognising Auto Pilot and Aversion
– Recognising triggers and emotions
– Avoiding jumping on the train of association
– Practical applications to daily living

Each session has a theme and  lasts for 90 minutes during which time we will discuss relevant ares and undertake guided mindfulness practice, with opportunity for feedback afterwards.
